3-Way listening
Most pastors have never been taught to listen well.
Most people listen to either correct, understand, or connect.

Listening is everything.
We believe that spiritual transformation begins and ends with listening. We begin our workshop by introducing a holy listening technique called 3-Way listening. Participants practice this reflective spiritual listening throughout the workshop and are encouraged to continue in ongoing formation cohorts.
