We want the Church to flourish.

Transforming Leadership

We are a group of leaders with 70 combined years of experience in diverse church leadership contexts. Each of us are passionate about the work of cross-gender leadership in spiritual spaces. We help our clients discover and lead from their beloved identity. Out of this transformative spiritual work, these leaders foster environments where every member feels equally valued and participates fully in the sacred work of cultivating and filling the Kingdom of God.

Leadership Formation Pipeline

From conference to cohort to retreat, you can expect to be transformed more into Christ’s likeness in life and leadership. Along the way you’ll recognize new life and flourishing in your ministry context, too.

FAQs

Does it have to be a one day conference?

Absolutely not. In fact, we recommend this conference be broken into pieces to optimize reflection time. We believe spiritual self-reflection is a critical component of transformation. For the sake of efficiency, we have built it so that it can be offered in one day with some reflection time incorporated. However, if two days are available, that would be preferable.

What does the ongoing formation cohort look like?

Great question. It is 4-5 leaders committed who desire the accountability and commitment of community for such a rigorous and transformative journey. It is an 18 meeting commitment over the course of 12 months. See more about leadership formation cohorts here.

What are your beliefs and core values?

Excellent question. We believe the apostles creed unequivocally. We also believe that we are stewards of the mysteries of God. 1 Corinthians 4:1. Biblical interpretation requires careful attention to context—both time and culture.

Our core values are:

Equity—Every human being bears the image of God and each holds equal value in every congregation and ministry context.

Unity—Cross-gender and cross cultural mutuality in all areas of ministry leadership are critical to the flourishing of the Kingdom of God

Christ-like Leadership—Christian Leadership is all about recognizing the power and influence we carry and using it to increase the influence and authority of those who have less.

Listening—Leading like Christ means listening like Christ. It means leaving room for silence. It means asking questions with a posture of curiosity that lead to greater discovery of the beloved self and other.
