Workshop includes presentations on the biblical foundations of mutuality in ministry leadership. An introduction to Anchored Leadership, and an invitation to an exclusive transformational community committed to ongoing maturity into Christ-like leaders. Interviews with experts in the field of mutuality have been curated and will be presented throughout the day.

Spiritual Direction
In quantum physics they say that the characteristics of light change—not just into the future, but also from the past—when there is an observer. 12-Month Leadership Cohorts
Leaders who have completed the full day workshop are invited to an ongoing transformational learning community. This group will be 3-5 leaders committed to developing Christ-like leadership strategies. The purpose is to become leaders who identify and develop the gifts and energy within their contexts through 3-way listening and stewarding their influence and authority.
